- GoodDeed Fund may pause automatic payouts for security, maintenance or legal reasons.
More about GDD and risk
Who operates GoodDeed
GoodDeed is operated by the GoodDeed Foundation, which runs charitable campaigns, verification and reporting, together with GoodDeed Technologies, which builds the platform and blockchain tools.
A fixed rate, not a market price
GDD is issued at a fixed 1 GDD = 1 USD rate as a donation record. This is not a market price: GoodDeed does not guarantee any trading market for GDD, and the rate does not represent value you can sell or redeem.
Regulatory note
GDD is intended as a charitable confirmation and utility token, not a regulated financial instrument or security. The availability of donations and GDD may differ or be restricted depending on your country. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Card payments
Card donations are processed by a third-party payment provider under their terms. Card and crypto donations both support the same verified campaigns.
Important notice
This page provides general information during GoodDeed's launch phase and does not constitute legal, financial or tax advice. These terms may be updated as the platform and its legal structure develop. If you need advice for your situation, please consult a qualified professional.
