GoodDeed Fund donation terms
These terms explain how crypto and card donations and GDD confirmations work during the launch phase.
Donation purpose
Donations support verified GoodDeed Fund campaigns and public reporting.
GDD confirmation
GDD is issued as a digital confirmation and ecosystem token after supported donations are verified.
Mistaken transfers
Unsupported assets, wrong networks or missing public transaction hashes may not be eligible for automatic GDD payout.
Transparency
Successful donations and GDD payouts may be displayed publicly with transaction hashes, without publishing sensitive personal data.
More about donating
Who operates GoodDeed
GoodDeed is run by two bodies: the GoodDeed Foundation (a non-profit responsible for campaigns, partner verification, audits and reporting) and GoodDeed Technologies (which builds and operates the website, app and blockchain tools). Donations fund verified charitable campaigns, not commercial profit.
Card and crypto donations
You can donate with supported cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain) or by card. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; GoodDeed never receives or stores your full card details.
Refunds
Donations are intended to be final. If you made a genuine mistake, such as a duplicate or wrong-amount card payment, contact info@gooddeed.fund as soon as possible and we will try to help. Once funds have been forwarded to a verified campaign or partner they generally cannot be refunded, and blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone by GoodDeed.
How donations are used
GoodDeed directs the majority of each donation to verified charitable campaigns, with smaller portions reserved for the GDD ecosystem and for operating the platform. The current split and totals are published on the Transparency page and may be adjusted over time.
GDD is a confirmation, not an investment
GDD is issued at a fixed rate of 1 GDD per 1 USD of verified donation, purely as a record and utility token. It is not an investment, carries no promise of profit, value or tradability, and should not be acquired in expectation of financial return. See the Risk Notice for details.
Your responsibilities
You must be legally able to make a donation, use only funds that belong to you, and not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering. We may decline or reverse GDD issuance where a donation cannot be verified or appears connected to prohibited activity.
Service provided as is
The platform is offered during a launch phase on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, GoodDeed is not liable for losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party providers, user error or service interruptions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform develops; the current version always applies. For questions about donations or these terms, contact info@gooddeed.fund.
Important notice
This page provides general information during GoodDeed's launch phase and does not constitute legal, financial or tax advice. These terms may be updated as the platform and its legal structure develop. If you need advice for your situation, please consult a qualified professional.
